SUMMER JOBS FOR MUSLIM UNIVERSITY STUDENTS  - ACTIVITY LEADERS REQUIRED 

Both brothers and sisters activity leaders required to help place Turkish
students in summer centres during July and August? 

This is ideal for university students who want to get some experience. We are 
looking for responsible  and caring people with some skills to organise sports, 
games and social activities for young teenagers with good command of English and 

navigational skills in and around London. A CRB check is needed as they will 
supervise the under 16 years old.

Centres:
East London University, Docklands Campus. 1 July – 10 August (1 Male, 1 female )
Roehampton University, London. 1 July – 10 August
Royal Russel College, Croydon. 11 July – 8 August
Fresham Heights College, Guildford. 11 July - 8 August

Duties

· Meeting Groups at the airport and accompanying them to the centre
· Allocating the rooms
· Morning and evening meeting with the group leaders to inform them 
about the programme and getting feedback
· Liaising with centre manager to resolve the problems about English Courses, 
accommodation or activities
· Guiding groups London Tours (sightseeing coach tour, Thames Cruise, London 
Eye, Madame 
Tussauds, Natural History Museum, Chealse Stadium, IMAX cinema, and more during 
the weekdays 
and full day weekend coach trips to Cambridge, Thorpe Park, Safari park, Warwick 
Castle.

Benefits:
Free Full Board Accommodation : Transportation Paid : £150 per week paid

A trip to Turkey bonus to the activity leader who gets the best 
feedback from Group Leaders, students and the Centre Management 
at the end of the programme.

According to the Muqaddimah of the great Muslim Historian Ibn
Khaldun, "All civilisations rise and fall". In the 21st Century
we are witnessing a gradual decline of the West whilst at the
same time, the emergence of the so-called developing countries.

2) JOURNEY THROUGH THE QUR’AN 

A unique double-weekend intensive course in Ramadan providing an 
overview of the entire Qur'an.

This course will provide an overview of the structure, themes and guidance 
provided in each of the 114 chapters of the Qur'an. This will be done by 
providing a systematic study of each of the Surahs as follows:

·How surah names are related to each Surah and the historical 
context of its revelations (Asbab al-Nuzul) 
·Inter-textual relationship and coherence (Nazm) between the verses of 
each Surah and the relationship with the preceding/following Surah 
·Cross-reference to other parts of the Qur'an to demonstrate how 'the 
Qur'an explains the Qur'an' 
·Discussion on linguistic and stylistic devices (Balaghah), problems with 
translation/ interpretation and alternative plausible interpretations 
·Explanation of key passages in each Surah
·Practical guidance and lessons that can be derived from each Surah 

This course will, Insha Allah, definitely enrich your understanding of the 
Divine 
Revelation in this blessed month of Ramadan, in which the Qur'an was revealed!!
