Zero Dark Oscar

By Pepe Escobar  The buzz in Los Angeles is that Argo will win this year’s Oscar for Best Picture.  The Ben Affleck-directed CIA thriller has already won Best Picture at the Golden Globes, the Directors Guild of America, the Screen Actors Guild and the Producers Guild. Only in Hollywood you can win Best Picture without the guy who put it all together being nominated for Best Director (that will most certainly be Hollywood’s Zeus, Steven Spielberg, for his Civil War epicLincoln).  Are we talking politics and movies? Britain deserves better?

Labour – deserves better? Ed Miliband seriously needs to start thinking out of the box – in fact he needs to throw away the box!
